At Mahrukh Ka Khushposh, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer the following return and exchange policy:
- Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Sale or discounted items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless defective.
- How to Request a Return/Exchange
- Contact us via email or direct message within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return/exchange.
- Once approved, ship the product back to our address (customer bears shipping charges unless the item is defective).
- Refunds
- Refunds (if applicable) will be issued as store credit or bank transfer after the returned item is inspected.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Defective or Wrong Items
- If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will replace it at no additional cost.
